You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or interfere with the operation of the service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Outputs generated by our AI are for your convenience. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
6. Intellectual Property
The content you input and the outputs generated remain yours. We claim no ownership. All rights to the TalkRecap platform, branding, and underlying technology are retained by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
TalkRecap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
